1. Concept of R&C early warning system
- R&D early warning system is to analyse the main technology distribution, cooperative network and the patent trend of competitors and to visualize them for easy analysis. The system is also to prepare the countermeasure to compete with the competitors through utilization of their knowledge map in the field of their main technology.
- R&D early warning system comprised with analysis system utilizing analysis database such as matrix analysis and cluster analysis based on the theses and patents. National R&D researcher and corporate CTO could utilize these system through visualization based on the analysis system.

3. Saltlux work
3.1 Analysis of research project
R&D project analysis was progressed from analysis of patent and thesis, retrieve and store the attributes by documents, to automatic clustering of the filtering results under the given conditions. Through this progress research and development analysis was accomplished through understanding the trends of patents and theses by each research subject.

Analysis by retrieval results provides retrieval and analysis services for results through each analysis modules about the results of user needed data retrieval.

Easy recognition of semantic information through DB construction of theses and patents and visualization of data in various types is the objective of this development..
